Premium Refunds
Hermit is a Freemium app. That means you can use the free version forever with all features fully enabled without purchasing the premium version. If you have purchased Premium already, then you can obtain a refund only under the following conditions.

Within 48 hours of purchase: Request a refund via Google Play.
No questions asked; your purchase will be instantly refunded. Note that you can only request a refund once: Google Play does not allow you to request a refund a second time.

After 48 hours of purchase: No refunds.
Google Play does not process refunds after 48 hours.
Since everyone has the opportunity to test-drive Hermit Free for an unlimited time before purchasing Premium, we do not offer refunds after 48 hours.
Circumstances Not Covered
The following cases are explicitly not covered by our refund policy.
- Changed Your Mind: We strongly recommend that you take advantage of Hermit’s free version to evaluate whether it is suitable for your needs. If you later change your mind after purchasing, we do not offer a refund.
- Phone Upgrades: If your phone manufacturer updates your phone and this causes Hermit to stop working correctly, please contact your phone manufacturer with a bug report.
- Android Beta: If you are running a Beta version of Android, we do not make any guarantees that this app will work correctly.
- Rooted Devices: Although we make no attempt to prevent you from using Hermit on rooted devices, we also do not offer support for issues that you may encounter. Please use at your own risk.
- App Updates: If you are unhappy with an update released by us, please send us feedback, but we do not offer refunds.
